Depression

Depression is more than just feeling sad or having a bad day; it's a common and serious mental health condition that affects how you think, feel, and handle daily activities. While everyone experiences ups and downs, depression involves persistent feelings of sadness, emptiness, or hopelessness that interferes with someone's ability to function.
