I'm a Registered Psychotherapist who brings nearly 20 years of experience to the Fresh Insight team. I specialize in providing individual therapy for children (ages 5 and up), families, and individual adults.
About Me
I'm passionate about helping children, adults, and families navigate concerns related to behavioural issues, parenting, trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships.

Through a strengths-based lens, my approach combines exploration and analysis with practical skill development. My extensive training and expertise include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Triple P Parenting (Positive Parenting Program), and Mindfulness-Based Techniques. I'm also a Certified First Responder Counsellor, skilled in Crisis Prevention and Intervention, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Feedback-Informed Therapy. My approach is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and evidence-based practices that are personalized to each person's preferences and needs.

My commitment to excellence is also reflected in my role as a clinician for the Office of the Children's Lawyer, which represents children under the age of 18 in court cases involving custody and child protection. I have also served as an adjunct professor at Seneca College, where I share my expertise in Autism and Behavioural Science.
